- Free Estimates: Contact us for a no-cost, no-obligation site visit to assess your cleaning needs (House & Siding, Concrete & Driveway, Porch & Patio, Deck & Fence, Pool Deck, Brick, Solar Panels, or Gutters). We’ll provide a tailored quote within 48 hours, valid for 30 days. - Scheduling: Book your service by phone, email, or our website. We offer flexible appointments, including weekends, with 48-hour advance notice preferred. Same-day bookings may be available based on crew availability. - Deposits: No upfront payment required for jobs under $350. For larger projects, a 50% deposit secures your slot, refundable* if canceled 48 hours prior. (*See cancellations). - Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations incur a $50 fee to cover contractor costs. - Weather Policy: We work rain or shine, but severe weather (e.g., storms) may prompt rescheduling at no cost. We’ll contact you by 9 AM on the service day if adjustments are needed. - Quality Guarantee: We strive for excellence. If you notice specific issues (e.g., missed spots, visible stains) within 48 hours, contact us. We’ll assess and, at our discretion, address verifiable concerns (e.g., re-clean specific areas) free of charge, provided the issue is within the scope of the original service. Final determination of service completion rests with ZB Clean. - Payment: Pay via cash, check, or card upon completion. Invoices are emailed instantly, with a 7-day payment window. Work will not be completed until payment is made in full. - Service Area: Proudly serving Alachua County and nearby areas.
